Criminal Activity

So the other day Dash announced to the family that he had concocted a plan for stealing a house.  I thought I would post the basics for anyone who might be interested. 
First, pack up all the stuff in your own house.
Next, wait for your neighbors to leave their house.  While they're gone, quickly move your stuff into their house.
Finally, unpack your stuff in the new location and sleep there.  Home, sweet home.

Speaking of criminal...is it legal to be this cute?
